Today we visited the Gilchrist family at West Meikle Pinkerton Farm in Scotland.
Jim and son James run a herd of 140 Pedigree Limousins alongside 200 sheep on 450 acres in Dunbar, East Lothian.

The farm produces high quality continental pure-bred bull beef that are finished and sent to slaughter through ABP.
They are currently using Cogent Limousin Sires that include Tomschoice JET, Mereside JESTER and Brutus HASHTAG.
